From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very responsive, which made every visit smooth and comfortable. Always on time and able to accommodate to my scheduling needs. Dr. Alvarez truly stands out for his focus on patient care and making sure I felt better after each session. He took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the treatments to my needs. I especially found the traction table to be incredibly helpful. It made a noticeable difference in my lumbar and mid-back pain. The electrotherapy followed by Biofreeze was a great combination that helped relax my muscles before using the traction table.
